The following terms and conditions govern your use of zunado.org and all games, promotions, and coin transactions offered on the platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or participating in any sweepstakes.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To register and participate in sweepstakes on Zunado, you must be a natural person who is at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Zunado and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in any sweepstakes promotion. You must have a valid email address, a permanent residential address in an eligible jurisdiction, and the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Participation is limited to one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Zunado reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to request government-issued identification before processing any redemption request. Failure to meet eligibility requirements will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any accumulated Sweeps Coins.
2. Account Registration
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration details is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Zunado support immediately. Zunado will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3. Sweepstakes Rules
Zunado operates under a dual-currency sweepstakes model governed by applicable promotional sweepstakes rules. The platform uses two distinct virtual currencies: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). Gold Coins are used exclusively for social gameplay and carry no monetary value. Sweeps Coins serve as the sweepstakes entry mechanism and may be redeemed for prizes where permitted by law.
Participation in Zunado sweepstakes is voluntary and subject to these terms, any applicable promotion-specific rules, and all federal, state, and provincial laws. Sweepstakes void where prohibited. All sweepstakes outcomes are determined by random processes, and no skill or strategy affects the probability of winning. By participating, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the sweepstakes structure described herein.
Zunado is a promotional sweepstakes platform. No real money is wagered at any time. All gameplay uses virtual currencies governed by these sweepstakes rules.
4. Gold Coins — No Cash Value
Gold Coins (GC) are a play-only virtual currency provided solely for entertainment purposes. Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for any prize, cash, or other consideration of monetary worth. They exist to allow you to engage with the full game library on Zunado without any financial commitment.
Gold Coins are awarded upon account registration, through daily login bonuses, via promotional events, and as a complimentary addition to optional coin package purchases. Acquiring additional Gold Coins through a purchase does not alter their legal status: they remain non-redeemable play-only tokens at all times. No purchase is required to obtain Gold Coins, and the free receipt of Gold Coins confers no sweepstakes entries.
5. Sweeps Coins and Redemption
Sweeps Coins (SC) are the promotional currency through which sweepstakes entries are made and prizes are awarded. Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for prizes, including cash equivalents, where permitted by applicable law. A minimum balance of 100 SC is required before a redemption request may be submitted. Redemptions are processed at a rate of 1 SC = $1.00 USD equivalent, subject to verification and applicable processing times.
Approved redemption methods include PayPal, bank transfer (ACH), and gift cards, subject to availability in your jurisdiction. Zunado reserves the right to request identity verification, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address, before approving any redemption. Redemptions that cannot be verified within 30 days of request will be cancelled and the Sweeps Coins returned to your account balance.
Sweeps Coins have no monetary value until a prize is awarded following a successful sweepstakes outcome and verified redemption. They may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged outside the platform. Any attempt to acquire Sweeps Coins through unauthorized means will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
6. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
Consistent with applicable sweepstakes rules, you may obtain Sweeps Coins at no cost through the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). No purchase is ever required to receive Sweeps Coins or to participate in any sweepstakes promotion on Zunado. The AMOE process provides equal access to sweepstakes participation for all eligible residents.
To request Sweeps Coins via AMOE, hand-write a letter on plain, unlined paper containing the following information: your full legal name, your registered email address, your complete residential mailing address, and the phrase “No Purchase Necessary.” Mail the completed letter to the Zunado sweepstakes administrator at the address published in the official Sweepstakes Rules document available on zunado.org. Typed, printed, or photocopied letters will not be accepted. Each eligible AMOE request will receive a standard Sweeps Coin allocation equivalent to the minimum promotional award available at the time of processing.
AMOE requests are processed within 21 business days of receipt. Requests that are incomplete, illegible, or do not include all required information will not be fulfilled. Zunado is not responsible for AMOE requests lost, delayed, or misdirected in the mail.
7. Prohibited States and Territories
Sweepstakes participation and prize redemption are subject to the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Zunado does not permit registration or sweepstakes participation where doing so would be unlawful. The following table outlines eligibility by region. This list is subject to change; players are responsible for confirming eligibility under the laws of their own jurisdiction before participating.

Residents of restricted or prohibited jurisdictions must not register or participate in any sweepstakes on the platform. Accounts opened in violation of geographic restrictions will be closed and all balances will be forfeited. If your jurisdiction of residence changes after registration, you are required to notify Zunado support promptly.
8. Coin Packages and Purchases
Zunado offers optional coin packages for purchase. When you purchase a coin package, you are buying Gold Coins as a virtual entertainment product; Sweeps Coins included with a package are awarded as a complimentary promotional addition and constitute a sweepstakes entry opportunity, not a purchased item. The purchase of a coin package does not improve your statistical probability of winning any sweepstakes prize relative to a participant who obtained Sweeps Coins through the AMOE.
All coin package purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices are displayed in US dollars inclusive of any applicable taxes. Zunado reserves the right to modify coin package offerings, prices, and promotional bonus structures at any time without prior notice. Any ongoing promotional pricing is subject to individual terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
9. Promotions and Bonus Terms
Promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, daily login rewards, tournament prizes, and social media giveaways, are subject to these general terms and any promotion-specific rules published at the time the promotion is offered. Promotional Sweeps Coins awarded outside of a coin package purchase may carry a play-through requirement before redemption is permitted; these requirements will be disclosed in the applicable promotion terms.
Zunado reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at its sole discretion. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, use of automated tools, or collusion, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. Promotional coins have no cash value until a prize is awarded following a valid redemption.
10. Fair Play and Game Rules
All games on Zunado use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure outcomes are statistically random and unbiased. You may not use any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with the platform or its games. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with platform operations constitutes a material breach of these terms.
Zunado reserves the right to void any game round or sweepstakes result that is determined to be the product of a technical error, software fault, or unauthorized manipulation. In such cases, affected coin balances will be restored to their pre-round state where technically possible. Decisions made by Zunado in matters of fair play are final and binding.
11. Responsible Play
Zunado is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment. While no real money is wagered on this platform, Zunado recognizes that extended play can have unintended effects. You are encouraged to set personal time limits and to take regular breaks. If you believe your engagement with the platform has become problematic, you may request a self-exclusion period through Zunado support, during which your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access any games or promotions.

12. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Zunado will send a written notice to the email address on file 30 days prior to applying dormancy rules to an account. If no responsive action is taken within that 30-day period, any Gold Coin balance in the dormant account will be forfeited. Sweeps Coin balances in dormant accounts will be forfeited after an additional 60-day grace period following the initial dormancy notice.
To reactivate a dormant account, log in and complete identity verification as directed by the platform. Zunado is not liable for any coin balances forfeited in accordance with this dormancy policy. These terms may be updated periodically; continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
